First I duplicate the lineart layer. Then I add a little gaussian blur to the duplicate and set the blending mode to uuuhhhh I forget. xD It might be multiply or linear light, you just gotta try each one. Then sometimes I'll adjust the opacity if the blur is too much or if its too dark. This is in photoshop btw. :)
